Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
We are seeking dependable, punctual, and professional individuals to support a high-profile national convention in Grapevine, TX. Attendance, reliability, and professionalism are absolutely imperative for this opportunity.

EVENT SCHEDULE & ROLESNoon – 4:30 PM
Shifts may vary between 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage attendee check-in, badge distribution, and ticketing
- Provide exceptional customer service and attendee assistance
- Maintain organized guest flow throughout the event
- Assist with bookstore and exhibit hall operations
- Support event leadership with various onsite needs as assigned
- Priority consideration given to candidates available for ALL event days/shifts
- Must arrive 10-15 minutes early for EVERY shift
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude mandatory
- Must be flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
- Weekly pay every Friday
