SNI Companies is seeking TWO dependable, polished, and professional Team Leads to support a high-level regional convention at the prestigious Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.

If you have experience working conventions, conferences, hospitality events, registration, or large-scale customer service environments - and thrive in fast-paced settings where professionalism and reliability matter - we would love to connect with you.

We are looking for leaders who:

TEAM LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check event staff in/out daily

• Support Registration & Guest Services

• Help oversee event flow and onsite operations

• Support event leadership and staff throughout the convention

TENTATIVE LEAD SCHEDULE:
Wednesday, June 3: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Thursday, June 4: 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM
Friday, June 5: 6:15 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday, June 6: 7:15 AM - 1:00 PM

IDEAL BACKGROUND:

• Event / Convention Experience

• Hospitality or Guest Services

• Registration or Ticketing

• Team Lead or Supervisor Experience

• Strong Customer Service Skills
