Position Summary

As a Member Frontline Services Associate at Sam’s Club (1701 W State Highway 114, Grapevine, TX), you will provide member service at the checkout area, resolve member issues, promote products, guide members to self‑service technology, process purchases, handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Provide member service at the checkout area, resolving member issues and concerns.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services to members.
• Guide members regarding self‑service technology and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, and observe potential criminal activity.
• Log required documentation, maintain paperwork, and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new member‑frontline associates, deliver new program roll‑out training, and provide continuous learning opportunities.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adhere to company safety and security policies.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $25.00, plus possible hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
