As a Customer Care Representative, you support Whitlock Building Service in delivering "9 and Above" Services to our current and future clients.
Responsibilities- Build relationships and communicate with ease to our clients.
- Travel to assigned accounts speaking with clients and completing cleaning inspections.
- Complete online inspection reports after each customer visit using the "Swept" Application.
- Ensure assigned cleaners/cleaning teams received the inspection reports.
- Report out weekly to Customer Care Manager and assist in root cause analytics for cleaning defects.
- Assist in continued training for employees and independent contractors.
- Assist in managing issue management tracker and update system as needed with client information.
- Assist in following up on reported issues to ensure they were corrected.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel up to 60 miles; travel expense is provided.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Experience as a customer care representative preferred.
- Experience as a cleaner/cleaning supervisor preferred.
