Duties / Expectations
- Ensure that each guest receives the most professional and friendly payment service experience.
- Must be able to receive payments, count money, and handle cash for cash and carry items.
- Customer service care, including answering phones and assisting with financial questions and payments.
- Answer and accurately direct phone calls.
- Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.
- Accurately read, count, and write to complete all needed documentation and paperwork.
- Must have flexible hours and be available to work weekends and holidays based on store needs.
- Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to fellow staff as needed and/or dictated by management.
- Adhere to all company policies as listed in the employee handbook.
