Whitlock Building Services, LLC is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our goal of delivering excellent service. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting cleaning inspections, and managing inspection reports using the Swept Application.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, be able to travel up to 60 miles, and have prior experience in customer care and ideally as a cleaner or cleaning supervisor. Bilingual skills are preferred.
