Service Greeter

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Greeter to deliver an exceptional first impression in our busy service drive. In this on-site role, you'll warmly welcome customers, guide them through vehicle check-in, verify appointments, and update customer and vehicle information. You'll coordinate vehicle flow between the service lane and technicians, assist with shuttle and loaner needs, and keep the drive clean and organized.

Working closely with service advisors, you help communicate wait times and status updates, supporting a performance-driven, customer-focused team with opportunities to grow across dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet service customers upon arrival
• Guide customers through vehicle check-in process
• Verify appointments and update customer/vehicle information
• Perform basic walk-around inspections and note concerns
• Coordinate vehicle flow between service drive and technicians
• Communicate wait times, status updates, and next steps
• Assist with loaner vehicles, shuttle service, and parking
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive area
• Support service advisors with paperwork and customer needs
• Uphold Asbury customer service and safety standards
