Location: Grapevine, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced freight and delivery environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide updates.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and business partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
Required:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Experience answering customer inquiries and resolving problems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with business-related applications.
- Previous call center experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
- Experience in transportation, freight, logistics, or delivery operations is a plus.
