Architectural Designer; Residential construction

• Associate Degree or equivalent technical certification.
• 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years of project or people management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Strong architectural and construction knowledge.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture.
• Experience with residential projects.
• Knowledge of Sketch Up and BIM
  360.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects, teams, and consultants to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Review construction documents, revisions, and lot-specific plans.
• Ensure compliance with construction codes, standards, and workflows.
• Support design initiatives, technology projects, and process improvements.
• Assist with standards development, business analysis, and leadership initiatives.
