The OpportunityA well-established private practice physician-led anesthesia group serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex since 2011 is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their high-performing lifestyle-focused team. This is a rare opportunity to practice in one of the most desirable communities in the entire DFW area - the prestigious Southlake/Grapevine corridor - with outstanding compensation, zero call, and no weekend responsibilities ever. With your own cases and an exceptional surgical caseload across multiple specialties, this position offers the perfect combination of clinical autonomy and true work-life balance.

Texas medical license required
Case Mix Bariatrics, total joint replacement, spine, general surgery, orthopedics, pain management, hand surgery, gastroenterology, reconstructive surgery, oral/maxillofacial surgery, urology, and podiatry. No cardiac, no OB, no trauma.
Qualifications Current CRNA certification - required
Active Texas CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
New graduates welcome
Team oriented with excellent communication skills
