FUN SUMMER JOB FOR TEACHERS & ASSISTANTS

Destination Science is the FUN day camp for curious kids ages 5-11. Our camps follow a traditional camp schedule with two science stations in the morning and one in the afternoon. Campers build robots, launch rockets, solve science mysteries, and enjoy outdoor games, songs, rallies, and spirit days. The day is planned, structured & busy. We are looking for teachers and assistants who love fun with kids and enjoy science.
Fun paid mandatory training is provided for all staff.
Teacher Positions: 25-40 hours per week. Full Day Teachers will teach three science stations daily and supervise outdoor games & activities. Most positions are full day.
Site Assistant positions: 16-32 hours per week based on location (minimum wage). Assist campers/teachers, lead games, and assist with extended care kids.
OVERVIEW OF STAFF HOURS & POSITIONSDestination Science has full‑time and part‑time Teacher positions available. Campers arrive from 9 am to 3:00 pm. Staff will be scheduled at one or more locations for four or more weeks this summer, depending on your availability and location.
Full Time: 8:00 am–3:30 pm (M‑F)
AM Part Time: 7:45 am–1:00 pm (M‑F)
PM Part Time: 11:30 am–3:30 pm (M‑F) or 11:30 am–5:00 pm

Attend two days of training one week before camp. Training will be a combination of Zoom and in‑person based on region.
