Overview
We are seeking a rockstar Infant Lead Teacher to join our all-star Cadence Education team. Bring childcare, daycare, or early childhood education experience to lead the way in creating magical moments for our tiniest explorers. Responsibilities- Lead the charge in creating a nurturing, joyful space for infants, celebrating every giggle and milestone.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to craft a slam-dunk curriculum that’s engaging and age-appropriate.
- Share daily updates with parents, turning tiny moments into meaningful memories.
- Guide play with toys, language, and activities that light up little minds while emphasizing safety.
- Design a daily schedule that balances quiet snuggles, active play, and motor-skill development.
- Immediate start—get in the game today. Hourly pay range: $15.75 - $18.75.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
- Experience as an infant teacher.
- Flexible and available during business hours.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
- Previous preschool lead teacher experience.
- Classroom management skills (preferred).
