Job Title: Project Manager – AutoCAD

Location: Grapevine, TX

Contract: 6+ months

Job Overview: Capable of managing internal and external teams and projects to successful completion, meeting schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Strong collaborator for informed decision‑making throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with counterparts in Design, Engineering and other groups.
• Manage multiple project teams and outside consultants.
• Assist the Design Team in creating and evaluating design initiatives, including new options and details.
• Assist the Architectural Operations team with technology project discovery and design phases.
• Lead, engage, and interact with all team members, sharing experiences, issues, resolutions, and best practices.
• Provide continuous improvement opportunities by identifying roadblocks and suggesting solutions.
• Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met for new construction documents, lot specifics, and revisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and interpret construction codes.
• Collect and interpret relevant project information and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Adhere to project workflow criteria and established standards.
• Exercise independent judgment and manage data effectively.
• Provide limited business analysis to support senior leadership decisions.
• Create and govern standards and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Associate degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification.
• Minimum 3 years of AutoCAD experience with project‑management skills; 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years of people or project management.
• Local to Grapevine, TX.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills with internal resources, consultants, and remote teams.
• Strong architectural and construction knowledge.
• Strong project and people‑management experience.

• Bachelor of Architecture.
• Experience with Sketch Up or BIM
  360.
• Residential project experience.

Estimated minimum rate $42.00 per hour. Estimated maximum rate $60.00 per hour.
