Project Engineer​/Civil​/Electric

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer (Civil/Electrical) role based in Grapevine, TX. The Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and electrical scopes, including reviewing drawings, preparing technical documentation, and assisting with schedules and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and contractors, monitoring construction progress, identifying and resolving field issues, and ensuring work aligns with specifications, codes, and safety standards.

The role involves supporting procurement of materials, reviewing submittals, and tracking project milestones and reporting. The Project Engineer will also contribute to quality control, site inspections, and continuous improvement of project processes.

• Strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, including the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with field personnel, contractors, and stakeholders, and produce clear written reports.
• Foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to infrastructure, utilities, and facility systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in construction or industrial project environments, including field work and site coordination, is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with standard engineering and project tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar, MS Office, project scheduling software).
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
