Ultimate Staffing is seeking an AI Server Test Engineer to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

The AI Server Test Engineer is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing test strategies for AI server products during development and production. This role ensures product quality, reliability, and compliance with engineering and customer requirements through comprehensive testing, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (80%) Product Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities throughout product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain test procedures, methodologies, and validation protocols for AI server systems and components.
  • Gather, evaluate, and analyze technical information related to materials, hardware components, and production requirements.
  • Design and implement testing programs, including defining test parameters, operating conditions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct functional, performance, reliability, and quality control testing on new and existing products.
  • Develop automated and digital data collection methods to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze test data, validate results, and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot product and process issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement product and process improvements.
  • Perform ongoing testing and validation to ensure products meet established specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing test findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Develop and enhance quality control testing procedures for integration into standard production operations.
  • Identify innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten test cycles while maintaining product quality and reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across testing, manufacturing, and quality assurance functions.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in server, data center, AI infrastructure, or hardware testing environments.
  • Knowledge of hardware validation, reliability testing, and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation, scripting, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
