We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly people to join our Guest Experience Team at LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Whether you’re welcoming guests, helping them on rides, serving up tasty treats, running our retail shop, or leading a birthday celebration, you’ll be part of the team that makes every visit amazing.

As a part-time Guest Experience Host
, you’ll:

• Help create unforgettable adventures for every guest.
• Jump into different roles across the attraction – from Admissions and Ride Operations to Retail, Food & Beverage, Birthday Parties, and Special Events.
• Bring energy, excitement, and friendliness to every guest interaction.
• Keep things running smoothly and safely so everyone can focus on having fun.
• Make sure your area looks awesome, stocked, and ready for the next rush of smiles!

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
