** Compensation:**$18-24/hour, based on experience##
** Customer Service Representative
**** Responsibilities:
*** Provide high-quality, guest-centered service in fast-paced hospitality environments
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, improving guest satisfaction and retention
* Manage reservations, service requests, and guest communications with accuracy
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Promoted services and amenities to enhance guest engagement and revenue##

* Qualifications:

*** Previous Customer Service experience a plus.
* Excellent verbal & written Communication & Presentation Skills
* Ability to manage one’s own time.
* Typing and  basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Ability to solve basic math calculations.
