Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities such as ICE!-Seasonal events;
Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct any deficiencies;
Support direction of Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers through training;
Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees;
Learn and operate software systems used in events (e.g., ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage)
