This is a year round, on-site role is based in various Texas and Louisiana locations and involves providing dedicated support to small business clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and organizing financial information, and assisting with tax preparation and related documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following established processes and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality service.

Team members will use firm tools and resources to help clients understand their options, improve their financial outcomes, and access support throughout the year. Consistent attendance, professional communication, and a strong commitment to client service are essential.

• Ability to analyze financial information, interpret tax-related data, and apply guidance accurately.

• Comfort with learning and using tax preparation software and other digital tools required for daily work.

• Relevant experience in tax, accounting, customer service, or small business support is beneficial.
• Education in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Willingness to complete training on tax regulations, company policies, and client service standards.
