Position Summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support for our Global Supply Chain
.

This role drives performance through financial leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Supply Chain finance, inventory and fixed asset accounting, operational FP&A, cross-border operations and SOX controls. The role involves managing the financial implications of rental asset acquisition, refurbishment and deployment across multiple U.S. distribution centers and international sourcing operations. The candidate should be capable of driver-based forecasts and building annual operating and capital budgets.

Location:

Dallas, TX with periodic travel to King of Prussia, PA. Reports to the Vice President, Supply Chain with a dotted line to the CFO of Culligan Quench.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the finance business partner for global supply chain, logistics, procurement and warehouse operations.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and monthly performance reviews for all U.S. supply chain departments.
  • Drive operational visibility and improved forecasting in areas including inventory and accounts payable (AP).
  • Focus on in-transit and un-invoiced inventory; manage tariffs, freight, rental capex and refurbishment capex.
  • Oversee vendor rebate programs and ensure SOX-ready controls in collaboration with Accounting, Internal Audit, External Audit, Operations and IT teams.
  • Provide finance functional support to Korea, Canada and Puerto Rico business units; ensure consistency in financial reporting and policy implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity and reduce working capital, including sourcing/deflation opportunities in Korea.
  • Improve intercompany pricing visibility and the sales and profit elimination process; enforce transfer pricing policy requirements.
  • Support implementation of new inventory planning and DRP tools and connect with forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Assist in implementing a company-wide Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory policy and track progress against reduction initiatives.
  • Design, document, maintain and improve internal controls over inventory, fixed assets, rental assets, procurement, warehousing and supply chain finance processes.
  • Partner with Accounting, Internal Audit, External Audit, Operations and IT to ensure SOX-compliant controls and remediation of deficiencies.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen financial governance, reduce operational risk and standardize processes across U.S. warehouses.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve accuracy and compliance of key inventory transactions and drive process improvements where needed.
  • Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling and data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience with significant exposure to supply chain finance, operations finance or manufacturing finance.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and partner with senior operational leaders.
