Texas Health Resources is seeking a Medical Office Front Desk Lead for a fast-paced, high-volume clinic in Grapevine, TX. You will oversee patient check-out, billing coordination with clinical staff, and support a smooth front desk operation.
The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm. You will lead the front desk team, ensure accurate billing, verify benefits, and assist Practice Managers and Physicians with denials and questions.
