Physical Therapist

• Assess patient functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and medical conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team and physicians
• Perform interventions to improve or maintain patient well-being and evaluate progress
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about care plans and progress
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report changes to supervising staff
