CompensationThe hourly base pay range for this position is $7.25 per hour plus $12-$13 per hour in tips. Actual compensation will be based on job‑related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Work ScheduleFlexible schedules are offered. The work schedule is dependent upon resort business volumes and will be discussed during the interview. Both full‑time and part‑time individuals are considered.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Assist hotel guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup during arrival and departure.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor, using guests’ last names and appropriate salutations.
- Practice proper phone etiquette and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
- Post up in designated areas when not actively completing tasks.
- Conduct thorough room presentations for guests.
- Assist guests with room changes, transportation, directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel, meeting rooms, amenities, and main attractions in the area.
- Assist guests with transportation to off‑site locations using approved taxi or transport services.
- Correctly tag individual bags for storage and ensure safe transport of luggage.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of the guest services area.
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested.
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Account Manager.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Licensure, CertificationMust complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
Work ExperienceOne to three months of related experience and/or training.
KnowledgeKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Skills- Read and write standard English; comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Present information clearly in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
- Perform basic arithmetic: add and subtract three‑digit numbers, multiply and divide with tens and hundreds, using units of American money.
- Understand 24‑hour and military time systems.
- Understand rates applicable to time passed.
