Job Overview
The Lot Attendant is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests during their entire stay.
Responsibilities- 15% Maintains a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor; acknowledges and greets guests, uses guests’ last names at all times when appropriate.
- 15% Maintains accuracy and composure under pressure; uses proper Towne Park phone etiquette, assists guests with directions and inquiries, stands while serving guests.
- 10% Provides information about surrounding area and main attractions; protects guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements; maintains security of financial and identifying information.
- 20% Stacks vehicles as necessary using Towne Park standards; secures keys for stacked vehicles; retrieves stacked cars promptly and drives slowly and cautiously when delivering to guests.
- 20% Collects and reconciles revenue accurately; furnishes receipts upon request; accurately categorizes tickets for audit; completes shift reports; follows all bank standard operating procedures; operates equipment such as register, gate, POS, and credit card machine.
- 20% Obtains information about daily events and rates; secures guest keys immediately after each interaction; maintains claim checks and guest folio archives; produces guest vehicle inventory for billing purposes.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 18 years of age; valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- One to three months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service experience preferred; register/computer experience preferred.
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
- Must read, write, and communicate effectively in standard English.
- Must understand 24‑hour and military time systems; understand rates applicable to time passed.
- Must perform basic arithmetic: addition/subtraction of three‑digit numbers; multiplication/division with 10’s and 100’s; convert units of American money, weight, volume, and distance.
Hourly base pay: $14 per hour. Work schedule is dependent on resort business volumes and will be discussed during interviews.

- Eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and number of hours worked; seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for these benefits.
Work is performed outdoors for extended periods, subject to extreme heat and cold weather. Tasks include standing, walking, running, handling tools, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly. Travel up to 5% of time may be required.
