The Role

The Host/Carry‑Out Specialist is a dual‑threat role focused on hospitality and precision. You manage the flow of the dining room while acting as the dedicated ambassador for our off‑premise guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Welcome: Enthusiastically greet and seat guests, managing the waitlist with a "team‑first" mentality to maximize efficiency.

  Own the phone and online ordering process. Ensure every carry‑out order is organized, accurate, and packaged with care.
• Stage Management: Keep the entryway and host station pristine and organized, ensuring our "stage" always looks its best.
• Results‑Oriented Communication: Provide accurate wait times to guests and clear updates to the service team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
