As a Shuttle Driver, you are not just transporting guests, you are creating a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience from the moment they step onto our shuttle.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport guests to and from DFW Airport terminals in a 16+ passenger shuttle
- Greet every guest with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with luggage, boarding, and unloading with care and attentiveness
- Engage with guests by offering directions, local insights, and hotel information
- Maintain clear communication with hotel dispatch/communication base
- Ensure the shuttle is clean, fueled, and well‑maintained at all times
- Follow all driving regulations and safety protocols
We are specifically looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with appropriate passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record in accordance with company and insurance guidelines
- Previous experience driving a shuttle, bus, or large passenger vehicle strongly preferred
- Prior hospitality or guest‑facing experience required (hotel, airline, transportation, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver warm, engaging, and professional service in every interaction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect naturally with a diverse guest population
- Proven ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality, someone who enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences
- Ability to assist guests with luggage (lifting, pushing, and pulling as needed)
- Ability to stand, sit, and operate a vehicle for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of the DFW area or willingness to quickly learn routes and key destinations
- Ability to follow safety procedures, operational guidelines, and communication protocols consistently
