Assist in coordinating the operation of Special Events and Leisure Experience activities (ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, Summer Fest, etc.).;
Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies.;
Follow training guidelines to support the direction of the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers.;
Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees.;
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
