General Runner

The General Runner will perform a variety of tasks to support the functionality and service standards of the hotel, contributing to our commitment to excellence and innovative hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to guest rooms or conference areas as required, including but not limited to messages, mail, packages, and amenities.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day.
• Promptly respond to requests from guests and other departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of laundry or pressing items to guests.
• Assist front desk with the handling of special guest needs or emergencies.
• Provide information and directions to guests about hotel facilities and local attractions.
