Position SummaryThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in executing SERVPRO Team Shaw’s talent and engagement strategy. This position partners closely with directors, managers, and senior leaders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and growth-oriented work environment. The HRBP supports employee relations, retention, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. This role performs needs analysis to identify gaps and partners with leadership to design and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives and company culture.

- Human Resources Expertise
- Serves as subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to managers and directors
- Implements change initiatives using proven change management techniques
- Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across the organization
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Proactively improve organizational processes aligned with HR best practices
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to Senior Leaders

- Facilitate difficult conversations and resolve escalated employee relation issues

- Deliver consistent and effective HR services across operating locations
- HR Insights
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and root causes of workplace challenges
- Present recommendations that strengthen culture and performance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience required
- Prior experience supporting multiple functions and senior business leaders
- Demonstrated HR expertise at Manager or HRBP level preferred
- Strong facilitation, consulting, negotiation, and influence skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and business decision-making ability
- Experience leading change in complex, fast-growing environments
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
