NetSuite + Celigo Integration Architect

About CUDDLY

CUDDLY is a mission-driven commerce platform supporting animal rescues and shelters through product sales, adoption programs, and donation tools. Our tech stack includes a custom backend, Net Suite, Celigo, Stripe, Pay Pal, and (currently) Shopify. We’re transitioning away from Shopify and need a senior technical integration expert to help us connect our internal systems directly to Net Suite.

This role is for someone who can design and build complex Celigo flows
, architect data pipelines, and help us create a clean, scalable financial and operational backend.

We’re looking for a hands-on integration specialist with deep experience in:

• Celigo integrator.io (expert level)
• Net Suite (admin + integration level)
• Custom API-based system integrations
• Financial transaction mapping and reconciliation

You will help us move from our current flow:

Custom backend → Shopify → Celigo → Net Suite

…to a new architecture:

Custom backend → Celigo → Net Suite (direct)

You’ll also help us pipe in:

• Donations
• Tips
• Platform fees
• Subscription donation programs
• Stripe + Pay Pal transactions

These currently live only in our internal database and need to be mapped cleanly into Net Suite.

• Architect and build custom Celigo flows from our backend into Net Suite
• Design scalable mapping for Orders, Donations, Subscription donations, Fees & tips, Refunds, Payment processor data
• Work with our engineering team on API structure and payload design
• Ensure accurate financial posting in Net Suite (GL impact matters)
• Help define best practices for long-term maintainability
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Shopify → Celigo → Net Suite flows during transition
• Advise on Net Suite data structure and transaction modeling
  
  Document everything clearly for internal handoff

Must-have:

• Advanced Celigo integrator.io experience
• Strong Net Suite integration experience
• Experience building custom flows (not just templates)
• Deep understanding of Net Suite transaction records
• API integration experience
• Comfortable working with engineering teams
• Experience mapping financial transactions into Net Suite

Strongly preferred:

• Stripe + Pay Pal integrations
• Subscription billing data handling
• Marketplace or donation platforms
• Shopify → Net Suite migrations
• Experience with complex order + non-order transaction flows
• Strong general technical fluency (JSON, APIs, data modeling)
