We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Net Suite Administrator to support and optimize our ERP ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary administrator for Net Suite while also supporting integrations and adjacent platforms such as Celigo, UKG, and Boomi.

This is a critical individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategic problem-solving and day-to-day system execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, HR, and IT.

Note:

This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office attendance 2–3 days per week. Our office is located in Grapevine, TX, and candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

• Administer and maintain the Net Suite ERP platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization
• Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Support and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
• Oversee integrations between Net Suite and third-party systems, including Celigo, UKG, Boomi, and other platforms
• Coordinate and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and testing cycles
• Maintain system documentation, processes, and best practices
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration experience
• Strong understanding of Net Suite modules, including Financials, Order Management, and Inventory
• Experience with system integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi)
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG is a plus
• Experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, or Suite Analytics is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
