Litigation Attorney - Insurance Coverage

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

The firm is seeking an associate for its Insurance practice group, based in either the Southlake or Fort Worth office. The preferred candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in third‑party insurance coverage work.

• 5+ years of 3rd party insurance coverage experience preferred
• Generally in-office role, with flexibility
• Billable hour target: 1,900 hours
• Partnership track, with formal mentoring and training built into associate development

• Structured, personalized integration process for new attorneys, with senior leadership involvement

• Excellent academic credentials and strong legal ability
• 5+ years of relevant insurance coverage experience
• Motivated, team‑oriented, and interested in long‑term career growth within the firm
