The Equipment Fulfillment Manager oversees coordination between Sales, Refurbishment, Logistics, and Field Service Technicians to ensure equipment is available and ready for deployment on all incoming orders. This role manages day-to-day scheduling and supervision of technicians, drives operational execution, supports Sales with quoting, and proactively ensures equipment readiness to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Coordinate across Sales, Refurbishment, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely equipment availability for all orders.
  • Manages the day to day scheduling of Field Service Technicians across the PTL network.
  • Assist Sales with accurate quoting for tanks and related equipment, aligning with operational capacity and inventory status.
  • Forecast equipment demand based on upcoming projects and market trends to maintain proactive readiness.
  • Coordinate 3rd party freight moves for tanks and equipment.
  • Monitor refurbishment timelines and inventory levels to prevent shortages and delays.
  • Track and report fulfillment KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, availability rate) to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the liaison between departments to eliminate bottlenecks and maintain alignment on priorities.
  • Provide insights on equipment utilization and availability to support strategic planning and capital allocation.
  • Ensure fulfillment processes align with customer expectations for delivery timelines and quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize equipment flow and reduce turnaround time.
  • Push for resolution of monitor issues, including NRO (Non-Responsive Units), battery replacements, and low alarms.
  • Drive completion of tank pickups with Logistics to maintain inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce tank appearance standards to uphold company image and compliance.
  • Ensure drivers and warehouses have spare parts, placards, and decals for on-site updates and repairs.
  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding maintenance and concerns, providing timely and professional support.
  • 5+ years in operations, logistics, or equipment management.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP or asset management systems.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel to field locations as needed (up to 25%).
