Divisional Vice President – East Region Opportunity SummaryThe Vice President, East Region is a senior executive leader responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion across a multi‑branch region. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads regional strategy execution, ensures best‑in‑class service operations, and accelerates revenue growth through customer focus, commercial alignment and disciplined performance management.
This leader will balance growth and operational performance, building scalable processes, strengthening leadership bench strength and positioning W.W. Williams as a premier service provider.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth- Own full regional P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, margin expansion and EBITDA performance.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies, including new market penetration, customer expansion and service line optimisation.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive integrated go‑to‑market execution, ensuring alignment between operations and commercial strategy.
- Establish W.W. Williams as a market leader in uptime, quality and customer experience within the region.
- Lead all branch operations to deliver consistent, high‑quality service execution with a strong focus on turnaround time and technician productivity.
- Implement and sustain lean service principles, standard work and continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.
- Drive data‑driven decision making, leveraging KPIs, dashboards and performance reviews to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure optimal capacity planning, labour utilisation and asset management across the region.
- Champion safety, compliance and operational discipline across all facilities.
- Build, coach and develop a high‑performing regional leadership team, including branch managers and functional leaders.
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability systems aligned to company goals.
- Drive talent pipeline development, succession planning and leadership capability building.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Serve as an executive point of contact for key strategic customers and OEM manufacturer partners.
- Resolve complex, high‑impact customer and vendor issues, ensuring long‑term relationship strength and retention.
- Enhance customer experience through service reliability, transparency and responsiveness.
- Oversee regional financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
- Drive disciplined expense management and capital allocation decisions.
- Monitor and improve key metrics, including revenue per technician, labour efficiency, cycle time and customer satisfaction.
- Lead regular business reviews with executive leadership, providing insights and action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑site service operations, fleet services, automotive or heavy equipment industries.
- Proven track record of driving growth while improving operational performance.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L at a regional or divisional level.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
