- Ensure all cargo screening procedures meet TSA, CCSF and internal compliance standards.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety risks, maintenance requirements, and
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Evaluate compliance risks and determine appropriate corrective actions to maintain regulatory
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, freight, or air-cargo operations; leadership experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of TSA, CCSF, OSHA, and warehouse safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification; training provided by the company.
