The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales operation and help drive the next chapter of our store’s growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of new and used vehicle sales, F&I coordination, desk management, and team development.
You’ll work directly alongside ownership and store leadership — not underneath layers of corporate bureaucracy. Your decisions matter here, and your results will be recognized.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team in a luxury brand environment
- Manage the desk — structure deals, maximize front and back gross, and maintain a healthy gross-per-unit average
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, including sourcing, appraising, and managing used inventory to market
- Partner with F&I to ensure a smooth, compliant, and profitable customer experience
- Monitor and manage key metrics: closing ratios, CSI, inventory turn, and gross per unit
- Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent
- Own the sales floor culture — high energy, customer-first, accountability-driven
- Collaborate with the General Manager on forecasting, floor planning, and monthly objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of automotive management experience, including time working the desk
- Proven used car management experience — you know how to buy right, price right, and turn inventory
- Track record of hitting and exceeding gross and volume targets
- Strong leadership presence — you develop people, not just manage them
- Luxury or premium brand experience is a plus, but the right leader can learn the brand
- Clean driving record and background
