Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our Grapevine, TX location. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure safety, quality, and productivity metrics are achieved while leading daily operations and driving continuous improvement across logistics functions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners to deliver best-in-class service and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 associates, ensuring accountability to safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics
  • Oversee logistics operations including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, order processing, and customer service
  • Coordinate packaging, routing, and carrier selection to optimize cost, service, and efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve quality, service, and cost issues
  • Support development and execution of the site logistics budget, driving year-over-year performance improvements
  • Lead operational redesign and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and productivity
  • Communicate performance metrics and foster a strong safety culture across the team
  • Monitor fixed assets and support implementation of capital improvement projects
  • Ensure proper processing, packaging, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Position Details (Location & Work Schedule):
  • Location:

    4050 Corporate Dr, Grapevine, TX 76051
  • Work Schedule:

    Monday to Friday, B Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment
  • 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business or a related field of study
  • Proficiency with SAP, MS Access, and Excel
  • Previous project management experience
  • Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
Compensation Range:

$74,700.00 - $
