Rockydale Quarries Corporation, an established aggregate producer, is looking for a Utility Worker for its Glade Hill, Virginia location.
Responsibilities- Operate skid loaders, heavy‑duty off‑road earth or rock moving equipment such as rigid frame/articulated haul units, off‑road haul trucks, and/or wheel loaders.
- Perform preventative maintenance such as greasing and clean‑up, and know basic functions of various types of heavy equipment.
- Multi‑task and be mechanically inclined.
- Work in all types of weather conditions in a mining environment.
- Perform overtime as required based on production needs.
- At least one year of training or proven experience with similar equipment machinery and basic knowledge of equipment mechanics.
- High school diploma or GED required.
