Job Title: Recycling Team Lead
Shift: 1st Shift 8:30am - 5:30pm. Monday
- Friday.
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051
Pay: $17/hr
- Weekly Pay.
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lead to join our electronics recycling team. This position will oversee daily operations, support team members, and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Requirements- Knowledge of R2 Electronics Recycling is REQUIRED
- Bilingual in Mandarin strongly preferred
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Accept a background check to be performed
- Accept a drug test to be performed
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Lead and support employees during daily operations
- Assist with industrial waste management and recycling processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Oversee electronics reuse and recycling activities
- Maintain organization and workflow efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
