Productive Inc. seeks a
Production Manager to provide strategic leadership and system-level production management to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output aligned with customer, regulatory, and company standards. Plan and control production capacity, resources, and cross-departmental integration to achieve schedule adherence, cost optimization, compliance integrity, and scalable operational performance.

• Develop long-range and mid-range production capacity plans.
• Approve Master Production Schedule prior to release.
• Align production forecasts with Sales and Account Coordinators.
• Identify and mitigate systemic capacity constraints (labor, equipment, space, automation).
• Own labor cost planning and manpower modeling.
• Establish staffing models tied to forecasted volume.
• Sponsor capital investments for equipment or automation upgrades.
• Develop, approve, and maintain production SOPs.
• Approve SOP revisions and ensure alignment with QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure system-level compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Schedule audit readiness strategy and inspection preparedness.
• Ensure product quality standards align with QMS and customer requirements.
• Sponsor systemic CAPA investigations and preventive action programs.
• Analyze production and quality data for recurring trends and systemic risks.
• Ensure traceability systems and documentation controls are audit-ready.
• Monitor production safety metrics and incident trends.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for safety risks.
• Maintain emergency preparedness framework.
• Monitor site-level production KPIs (output, efficiency, scrap, cost, safety incidents).
• Drive waste reduction and workflow optimization.
• Review downtime trends and approve systemic corrective measures.
• Develop leadership succession roadmap.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability framework for Production Staff.

• 7–10+ years manufacturing leadership in regulated environment.
• Demonstrated audit ownership and CAPA leadership.
• Experience scaling multi-line operations.

• Starting at $70,000+ depending on demonstrated experience
