Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment following recipes, wrapping, labeling and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures;
Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, provide exceptional customer service;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines;
Utilize handheld technology and digital tools to support production, merchandising, ordering, training and product quality with the member in mind.
