NOW HIRING – ASSEMBLY ASSOCIATES

Climate-Controlled Facility | 2nd Shift Opportunity

We are currently hiring dependable Assembly Associates for a long-term opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

PAY & SHIFT

Training – 1st Shift:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $16.00/HR.

Regular – 2nd Shift:
2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $16.50/HR.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately 1–2 weeks before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.

JOB DUTIES

• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Use basic hand tools as required
• Read and accurately use a tape measure
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect assembled products for quality
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Meet daily production and quality expectations

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Must be available for 1–2 weeks of training on 1st shift
• Must be able to transition to 2nd shift after training
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a production/assembly environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
