VP of Growth Marketing

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Corner Stone Professional Placement is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing for a private, growth‑stage consumer brand in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will lead acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives while improving campaign performance, recurring revenue, and customer engagement. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, testing and optimizing campaigns, and working in entrepreneurial environments where speed and execution matter.

What You’ll Actually Do as the VP of Growth Marketing:
  • Lead acquisition and retention initiatives across paid media, email/lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement channels
  • Improve recurring revenue, retention, and customer reactivation efforts
  • Audit and optimize funnels, campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journeys
  • Drive testing, experimentation, and campaign performance optimization
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to improve marketing execution and scalability
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the VP of Growth Marketing:
  • Hands‑on experience building and optimizing acquisition channels
  • Strong background in lifecycle/email marketing, retention strategy, paid media, and conversion optimization
  • Experience operating in fast‑paced, growth‑stage, or entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and testing to guide decisions
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution
It’s a Bonus if You’ve Used:
  • Klaviyo or similar lifecycle/email marketing platforms
  • Meta and Google paid media ecosystems
  • Analytics, attribution, and audience segmentation tools
