If you’re equal parts strategist + executor, obsessed with data, and know how to turn content into conversion, this is your lane.
What You’ll Own- Build and execute marketing strategies that drive real revenue (not just impressions)
- Own and optimize our Hub Spot CRM—automations, segmentation, and customer journeys
- Create and lead high-performing campaigns across email, social, and digital
- Write and oversee content that actually converts
- Track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve results
- Partner with leadership and operations to support growth across locations
- Hub Spot Certification (required)
- Experience managing a CRM and building automated marketing workflows
- Strong content writing skills (email, campaigns, messaging)
- Data-driven mindset, you care about results, not just ideas
- Ability to move fast, adapt, and execute
- Have experience in fitness, retail, or a high-growth brand
- Have built or scaled marketing systems from the ground up
- Know how to balance brand + performance marketing
- You’ll have real ownership, not just execution
- Direct impact on growth and brand direction
- Fast-moving environment with room to build and improve
