RN Hospice - DFW, TX; On Call

Jogan Health is looking for experienced Registered Nurse with a background in hospice, local or able to commute to DFW, TX.

Call back Rate: $75/hour

Travel Pay: $43.75/hr + Lodging + $55/per diem for days worked + Travel Stipend

On Call Rate: $5/hour

Friday 5pm - 9am Monday

Duration: 8 weeks with a possible extension

In-home patient visits, driving required (Mileage Reimbursement to patient homes- $0.625 per mile, per the IRS standard)

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care
• Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition
• Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs
• Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care
• Help in administering medication
• Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase
• Notify a doctor for a patient’s condition when deemed necessary
• Assist patients and their families with paperwork
• Maintain accurate records
• Help relatives cope with the upcoming loss and provide post-mortem support

• Compact or Texas State RN License
• AHA CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• At least 2 years of Hospice RN experience
• Current driver’s license
• Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated
• Current Flu shot
• Home Care Home Base EMR Experience required
