Quality Manager

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Quality Manager to join a Manufacturing Client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

The Quality Manager will oversee and manage the company's quality assurance and control processes. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures to ensure that our products/services meet both internal and external quality requirements.

• Quality Assurance Management:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality expectations are met and exceeded.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure that all quality-related documentation is maintained accurately and up-to-date.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, ensuring that the company remains compliant.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Utilize data analysis and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role, with a strong background in quality assurance and control.
  • ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certified.
  • Green Belt preferred.
• Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
