We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in creating technical documentation, improving training materials, and helping maintain quality standards across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has exceptional written communication skills, enjoys collaborating with multiple departments, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
• Meet with engineers, technicians, and other departments to understand how products and devices work before translating that information into clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
• Proofread every document carefully, ensuring grammar, spelling, formatting, and technical accuracy are flawless.
• Accept feedback from leadership and make revisions quickly and accurately.
• Conduct quality audits and help maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
• Build and maintain training courses within internal learning systems.
• Collaborate across departments to gather missing information and ensure documentation stays current.

• Has exceptional grammar, proofreading, and writing skills.
• Is naturally curious and enjoys learning how technical products and processes work.
• Communicates confidently with people at all levels of the organization.
• Takes pride in producing polished, error-free work.
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Welcomes constructive feedback and enjoys refining documents until they're exactly right.
• Is punctual, dependable, and committed to producing quality work every day.
• Pays close attention to detail—even the smallest mistakes don't slip past you.

• Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, or training materials.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, repair, or another technical environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is a plus.
• Experience using SharePoint, Litmos, Confluence, or similar document management or learning management systems is preferred.
