We are currently seeking a Compliance Manager to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management, Risk Assessment & Reporting (80%)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs, policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and recommend continuous improvements to strengthen regulatory adherence.
  • Identify compliance risks, non-conformities, and control gaps, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures remain aligned with applicable federal, state, local, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on organizational operations.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, assessments, and reviews across facilities, departments, and business processes.
  • Investigate compliance incidents, allegations, violations, and breaches, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent process for managing compliance violations and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and effectively implemented.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to managers and employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Develop and deliver compliance education programs and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Prepare detailed reports, compliance metrics, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
  • Maintain effective compliance communication programs that promote awareness and accountability.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies, auditors, and industry organizations as needed.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, workshops, and industry events to stay current on compliance trends and regulatory changes.
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement (10%)
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across all departments to support compliance initiatives.
  • Partner with Human Resources and company leadership to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing compliance training programs.
  • Develop and maintain systems and databases for the secure storage, retention, and retrieval of compliance documentation.
  • Monitor facility security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access-control systems, to support regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, reduce risk, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Leadership & Culture (10%)
  • Foster a positive, ethical, and compliance-focused workplace culture.
  • Promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment that supports employee well-being.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, suppliers, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on compliance-related matters.
  • Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives and drive accountability throughout the organization.
  • Support organizational objectives while ensuring adherence to all applicable compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field required.
    • Master's degree or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive compliance experience, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
    • Experience managing enterprise compliance programs, regulatory audits, and risk assessments.
    • Knowledge of operational, financial, quality, environmental, health and safety, and human resources compliance requirements.
    • Experience maintaining and supporting ISO certifications, including: ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems) ISO 13485 (Medical Device Quality Management Systems)
    • Experience working with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and accreditation bodies preferred.
