Shipping Quality Control Associate
Grapevine, TX (Patriot Drive) | Monday-Friday | $16.25/hour
Shift assigned based on operational needs (6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM)
Productiv is hiring a motivated, detail-driven Quality Control Associate to join our Shipping department. This role ensures the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by verifying product counts, labels, and order details. RequirementsWhat You'll Do
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments in the dock area and maintain accurate counts
- Verify that all orders contain correct labels and match product specifications
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues with shipments
- Assist with general dock duties as needed to support operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret labels, orders, and product information
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift based on business needs
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
