As our Complimentary AM Attendant, you’ll be the morning mood‑setter, ensuring guests start their day with a smile and a satisfying meal. You’ll keep the dining area clean and stocked while preparing food and beverages with care, answering questions, serving coffee, and creating a breakfast experience worth waking up for.
Key Skills & Responsibilities- Warm Welcomes & Local Know‑How: Greet guests with genuine warmth, answer queries about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and share insider tips on local attractions.
- Breakfast Brilliance & Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve delicious breakfast items, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and deliver smiles with every plate.
- Organized & On Point: Keep service areas clean, well‑stocked, and brand‑standard compliant; clear tables and refresh buffet stations promptly.
- Quick Thinking & Problem Solving: Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or issues calmly and creatively.
- Team Player Vibes: Assist wherever needed—dishwashing, restocking, tidy‑ups—and bring strong communication and collaboration skills to every shift.
- Stamina & Grace Under Pressure: Stay energized on your feet, lift and carry items (20–50 lbs.), and maintain professionalism during busy periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
